Earlier this week, my dear friend Sharon shared a video with me, and I will post a link at the bottom. I was watching it whilst I was waiting at the dentist’s office with mom, and it hast proven to be very interesting. It suggests that nothing in this world is real. Even the chair I’m sitting on is not real. There is no such thing as absolute truth. That makes a lot of sense, because everyone has their own truth. The video clearly delves into the concept of quantum physics, I hast read about it before, but I discarded it as utter nonsense because I could not grasp the concept. But over time, it is beginning to make sense. Everything is energy, everyone radiates energy. When I push a buggy at Wal-Mart, I am giving it energy. We are all energy in a human body. Your get the idea. All that is very clear to me. I plan on borrowing a book about quantum physics from the library to explore the concept even further.
I read The Secret by Rhonda Byrne two years ago, and it seems as though I was not ready to accept the idea that positive thoughts can change my reality for the better. I hast been caught in a never ending cycle of negativity with a few moments of positivity, and the spirits giving me advice. But since watching the video, I am ready to read the book again.
To change my life in such a manner means modifying my typical thought patterns, which is easier said than done. The job hast been insufferable as of late. It hast proven detrimental to my mental health. I put in an application for UPS to be a driver helper for the holiday season, but, after thinking hard about the pros and cons for two weeks, I hast decided not to take it, because it will put me in an impossible situation. I put in an application with another company. The pay is much better, and the benefits are equal to that of UPS. Hopefully, I shalst get a call from them this week.
There were four times when I received something I wanted because I manifested it without even realising it. The first time was when a coworker used to pick me up in her red Chevy Cavalier. I really liked her car, and I needed a car. A few years later, I purchased a white 1991 model. She was unusual in the fact that she had a overdrive transaxle. The factory transaxle was a non overdrive three speed, which implies that the stock unit was replaced at some point.
The Cavalier was proving to be a maintenance nightmare. Rear brakes were always out of adjustment, engine was leaking oil, the front shocks were worn, and there was a short in the HVAC system. I was looking for another car. I was working for the town at the time, and I was able to drive one of the town cars, a white 1997 Chevy Malibu. I liked that car too and I wanted one. A few years later, presto, I bought a green one of the same year. I hated the colour, but beggars cannot be choosers.
That car also proved to be a maintenance nightmare. The engine needed to be replaced, the solenoids in the transaxle needed replacement, and it had chronic problems with the factory security system. I outgrew it, and was looking for yet another new car, but this time I wanted a truck since I was tired of bending my head way down to get in and out. During my travels, I would see the first generation Chevy Equinox, and I always had my eye on it, wishing I could get one. Presto, I now have one.
The final one happened last year when I needed to retire my toaster oven because it nearly started a fire. The protective coating on the heating element melted, and I saw sparks. I yanked out the plug just in time. I wanted to repurpose it, but that would not be a good idea. Lucky for me, I had won a $20 Kohl’s gift card at a raffle, and I bought one on sale for just under the gift card amount.
So I art capable to manifesting my thoughts to get what I want. What more proof do I need? I want a new job so I need to manifest it now. In fact, that is one of the basics on how to change your life. My friend Sharon makes it looks so easy because her life hast changed for the better. She was stuck in a relationship with a guy whose energy did not sit well with me. She left him, moved back to her home town, and hast not looked back. So I hast a lot of work to do. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the video. Sat Nam.
