All the servicemen killed in Afghanistan have their blood on Biden’s hands.
While I was on the treadmill in the gym this morning, another patron took it upon himself to slam weights. It sounded more like crashing weights, and the echo hurt my ears to the point where I just left. It happens occasionally, but this time, it was intolerable. I wanted to do circuit training, but then there was a female who was using the dip assist machine in a improper way. Look, if you’re unsure about how to use the equipment, the instructions are printed in black and white level. Sometimes, the stupidity frightens me. Our gym needs a “lunk alarm;” which is a siren that goes off whenever weights are dropped. It is quite loud, I assure you.
I have a few videos to share with the class. As usual, you make the call as to whether it is truth or lies. One thing is for sure though: our government is not being so forthcoming about what goes on in Afghanistan.
This next one is courtesy of my favourite independent journalist, and my hero Ivory Hecker. Behold:
And we can’t leave out Officer Tatum. My sister loves him. Whatever the CDC says is all garbage at this point. Don’t believe a word of it.
So if I may, I wanted to talk about a crisis that is going on in the family. My uncle, who I have loved for years, is a changed man due to his gambling, and his wife, who is my aunt, is suffering for it.
Her daughters bought her a new pocket book for her birthday. They took documents from the old one and placed them in the new one. Now the pocketbook is missing. It is not in the house, and it not at the houses of the daughters. And, like my moms says, it couldn’t have got up and walked out the door. I suspect the uncle took it, and sold it for cash so he can go to the race track. Her driver license, SS card, and other paperwork were in the pocketbook, and he didn’t return them to her. So now she has no documents, but she did find her passport.
I told her I will help her get a replacement SS card, and downgrade her license to a non driver ID card because she is in frail health, and has not driven in a few months. But from looking at the SS website, getting this replacement card will not be easy because she is a foreign born U.S. citizen. I need to download DMV forms to get the new card and make the appointment, but who’s gonna take her? The uncle is too busy with his gambling, and the one daughter that lives closest to her it too busy running her house to be of any help. At some point, mom and I will have to visit and see what we can do.
I have known for a long time that my uncle loved horse racing and going to the OTB. But I had no idea that this was a gambling problem in its infancy. He is not the same loving uncle that I have known for years. I still have the Yankees tee shirt he gave me many moons ago. The daughters, my cousins, are calling upon her to leave him. I agree with them. Where would she go is the question. The daughters are in a better position to help her. I have no room at my place, and mom can barely take care of herself. I want to get in touch with the youngest daughter about going to her mom’s place and I would meet her there with my mom and we’ll do what we can for my aunt. Maybe convince my uncle that he has a gambling problem, and seek help.
