Well now, hello everyone and welcome to 2022. I hope everyone’s new years festivities went well. I wanted to start off the new year by reviewing a product that I have been using for the past few months. I am not being paid to review this product, nor am I a distributor; but I have thought about it.
Whilst perusing Instagram a few months ago, I happened upon a post by independent journalist and my idol Ivory Hecker @real.ivory, and she was talking about BioTrust Ageless Multi-Collagen. I figured that if she’s using it, then its the real deal. She would have no reason to lie. I was already well aware of the benefits of collagen. I also knew that collagen production slows down with age, hence my skin not looking the way it used to look, and stiff joints when I get out of bed every morning. So I decided to give it go and order one bag of the unflavoured powder to try out.
The delivery came on a Friday night. I had just walked in from work, and I was feeling so tired and bedraggled. I figured let me try a scoop of this powder in a cup of fruit punch. It did alter the taste of the punch a bit, but not enough to make it taste like medicine. Within a few hours, my joints stopped hurting. Keep in mind I was still very tired, but I had enough moxie to get up and mop the bathroom and vacuum my sitting room. My right side Achilles tendon, which was on the mend after injuring it a few months ago, stopped aching. Okay, so this a good start. Let’s see what happens if I keep using it.
A few months go by, and I noticed that my joints are not so stiff in the morning. I can get right out of bed, and nothing is hurting. I have more endurance when I’m running, and I don’t tire as easily. I have full use of my right tendon. No aches or pains so far. My skin looks somewhat younger, but that is a moot point. Hair and nails are unchanged. Beginning a yoga session feel better due to less stiffness. Overall, I feel a lot better. I brought a bag for mom to use since she is wracked with pain from arthritis. She has noticed that she can rise from a sitting position without the stabs of pain. She seems to be more mobile. She may improve with continued use. She’s on her second bag at the moment. But I want to make clear that this product will NOT cure your arthritis. She still has pain.
