I finally did it! After being frustrated for what seemed like weeks, I bought my first cryptocurrency today. But the road was not easy.

I told the so called broker that I was going in a different direction, and I no longer needed her services. Her actions make me wonder if she was even on the level. The spirits say no, so I’ll go with that. I transferred my money into a new account in case she wanted to help herself because I said no to her offer. The first hurdle was getting my credit card verified; but before that, I had to set up my online account and link it to Coinbase.

I did not understand the verification process at first. Two non chargeable debits were placed on the account and I had to type in the amounts. Seems simple, but it took me a few days to understand it. I had to call the credit union to help me find the debits, and I got it sorted. The next step was uploading a front and back picture of my driver license to verify that I am who I say I am. Once that was done, I was verified. I went to work and I started small for the time being. This cryptocurrency thing is a little different from the stock market. Or a lot different, depending on your point of view. We’ll see how it goes in the coming weeks.

I was really, REALLY angry earlier, thanks to a cheese bus who seemed hell bent on causing me grief. The rat bastard won the first round, but I sacked the creep on the next round when we both turned south. Blew right past him, and no, I didn’t give him the finger, even though I wanted to. I got a good thing going for me, and I don’t want to mess it up by making the bosses angry. Before that, some cheeky driver took my spot on the line at program. The same rat bastard that got chased out of the line yesterday because he wasn’t supposed to be there. And he keeps on doing it! Of course you know, this means war.
